Surf and Yoga Retreat – Yoga Holidays in Cornwall with Harlyn Surf School

Harlyn Surf School have teamed up with Ride on Retreats, Hang Ten Yoga and the luxury Treglos Hotel to bring you our specialist SURF & SUP YOGA Breaks, Retreats and Holidays In Cornwall, UK

The Surf and Yoga Retreats and Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) & Yoga Retreats on the North Cornish Coast will run through the summer. A great opportunity to learn or improve your surfing or SUP skills, practise yoga and have a fantastic break with like-minded people on the stunning North Cornish coast.

Come along on your own or with friends and join our weekend or week long Retreats; we run retreats in May, June, September and October. These months are best as the waves are generally consistent, weather (usually) good and Cornwall less crowded than during the peak summer months.

We also run special Girls’ Surf/SUP and Yoga Retreat weeks for ladies who would like to learn to surf and practise yoga with other likeminded women. Yoga and Surf sessions during these weeks are run by fully qualified female Yoga & Surf/ SUP Instructors.

by the sea in Constantine Bay near Padstow. It is set in a beautiful location and is perfect for your relaxing Retreat experience.

Yoga is provided by Hang Ten Yoga which  is owned and run by Emma Lovick, a fully certified Yoga Teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance and Yoga Alliance UK. Emma teaches beginners and intermediates Yoga for Surfers. Specialist Yoga for Surfers sessions focus on the surfer’s body; opening the chest and hips, strengthening the upper body increasing paddle power, strengthening and aligning the spine, increasing flexibility and range of movement. Hang Ten Yoga teachings are based on Hatha Yoga with Vinyasa Krama from the Krishnamacharya lineage. Yoga which links breath, body and mind to attain a state of harmony; Hatha Yoga can be adapted to suit your personal level and needs.
