1 Hour Fun Surf Lessons (5-7yr olds) currently unavailable
These sessions are for our youngest surfers and are especially designed to help get the little ones in the sea and surfing. They will learn to catch their own waves, get to their feet and have loads of fun! Only for 5-8yrs olds – whilst we don’t expect children of this age to be super strong swimmers we do ask that they feel relatively confident in waist to chest depth water.
( Due to Covid we have suspended bookings for this sessions due to the hands on nature are younger surfs require. If we feel we can run this session safely in the near future we will open up bookings again)

What level surfer am I?
Level 1 – Beginner: Lets try surfing!
I have never surfed before or feel like I need to start from the beginning. I want to learn about the surfboard, how to paddle, how to catch whitewater waves and how to stand up.
Level 2 – Improver: I can stand!
I can stand on a board and ride broken waves – I want to improve my wave selection in the whitewater and perfect my pop-up and board control so I can progress my surfing to the next level.
Level 3 – Intermediate: Paddling out and catching unbroken waves!
I can stand regularly in the whitewater and I am keen to learn how to paddle out safely and confidently. I want to focus on my timing and positioning and learn how to catch an unbroken wave.
Level 4 – Developer: Look out Kelly Slater!!
I can paddle out unassisted and can catch waist to chest high unbroken waves confidently. I want to perfect my take offs, stance, turning and trim.
