Learn to Paddleboard in Cornwall.
We have been running our SUP (aka stand up paddleboard) lessons since 2008 and it is still one of our most popular activities. We time our lessons mainly around the high tide so we have use of the Camel estuary in Padstow – a perfect place to learn new skills or take a SUP tour. We may run lessons from Harlyn bay only when the conditions allow for it. We may change the location of the SUP session a day prior but we will contact you to let you know. If you don’t here from us please assume Padstow, Porthilly view PL28 8DH.
During your paddleboard Intro session you will learn essential skills such as water safety, fall and retrieve, knee paddling and of course learning how to stand up. We will also cover some basic turning skills and equipment knowledge. If you have paddled before and can stand up why not consider one of our SUP tours?
